1. Purpose and Scope
This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains how AnkaraStyle Fit Ltd handles cancellations, returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through ankarastylefit.com.
It applies to men’s traditional wear, casual and streetwear, accessories, and other products sold by AnkaraStyle Fit Ltd.
This Policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Delivery Policy. Nothing in this Policy removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law.
2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, customised, altered, or handed to a delivery provider. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment or dispatch.
If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid using the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with you, subject to payment-provider processing times.
3. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item:
- Is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resaleable condition;
- Has all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase;

4. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return
Unless an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law, the following may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Customised, personalised, made-to-measure, altered, or specially requested items;
- Items worn, washed, damaged, stained, scented, or no longer in resaleable condition;
- Items without original tags, labels, packaging, or proof of purchase;
- Accessories that have been worn or opened where hygiene or resale concerns apply;
- Sale, clearance, promotional, or final-sale items where clearly stated before purchase;
- Gift cards, complimentary items, or promotional items where offered; and
- Items returned without approval.
This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.
5. Sizing, Colour, and Fit
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size guides, measurements, and available options before placing an order.
Colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and device displays. Minor variations in fabric pattern, embroidery, stitching, trims, texture, shade, or finishing details may also occur, particularly in handmade or tailored products.
A return based solely on a minor colour, pattern, or finish variation that does not materially affect the item’s quality or description may not be accepted as a defective-product claim.
6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
- Your order number;
- A clear description of the problem;
- Photographs or video of the item, packaging, and visible issue where available; and
- Relevant delivery or transaction details.

8. Return Delivery Costs
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or incomplete because of an error by AnkaraStyle Fit Ltd, we will assess reasonable return-delivery costs and may arrange a return method or reimbursement where appropriate.
For change-of-mind returns or returns that do not result from an error by AnkaraStyle Fit Ltd, the customer is generally responsible for return-delivery costs and for ensuring that the item reaches us safely.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to a returned item while it is in transit where the customer arranged the return.
9. Refund Processing

11. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, the customer was unavailable, delivery was refused without a valid reason, or the order was not collected, we may deduct reasonable delivery and return costs from any eligible refund.
